A pedestrian is injured after being struck by a car in Hyannis.
The accident happened at around 2:30 Thursday afternoon along West Main Street near Barnstable High School.
The victim, who is believed to be a teenager, was taken to a hospital under a trauma alert.
Barnstable Police say the driver involved in the crash stayed at the scene.
