An elderly man has been charged with vehicular homicide following a deadly crash last month in Yarmouth that killed a teenager.
Police say 81-year-old Peter Richmond of Yarmouth Port was driving an SUV that struck a boat trailer that was being worked on by 14-year-old John Hughan of Norwell.
The crash killed Hughan and seriously injured two others.
The group were working to repair a broken axle on the disabled trailer on the side of North Main Street when the crash happened.
