A 19-year-old Plymouth man has pleaded not guilty in connection with Friday's deadly crash on the Sagamore Bridge.
Paul Myers faces charges that include operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
Seventy-nine-year-old Martha Sheldon died in the crash and the driver of the car she was in suffered serious injuries.
Prosecutors say Massachusetts State Police smelled a strong odor of marijuana when Meyers got out of his vehicle, and they saw burnt blunts on the floorboard.
Meyers has been released from custody on ten-thousand-dollars bail and he is not allowed to drive.
He must also remain drug-free and surrender his Jamaican passport.
