Massachusetts State Police have identified the victim in that fatal crash at the Sagamore Bridge Friday night.
Police say 78-year-old Martha Sheldon was killed after her car was hit by another vehicle, which police say was trying to pass illegally. Sheldon's car hit a guard rail and then a car from the opposite direction.
Police have arrested a 19-year-old man on operating under the influence.
Police identified him as Paul Myers.
Police also say an 83-year-old passenger in the car with Sheldon is in the hospital with serious injuries.
Police say they are still investigating.
