A new state housing report from The Warren Group has single family home sales, and condo sales down 8-point 9 percent.
That as the median prices hit all-time highs.
The report says the median price is up more than eight percent to 665 thousand dollars. In Barnstable County sales were down by more than fifteen percent.
The median price, however, increased by eight percent to more than 750 thousand dollars.
In Dukes County prices increased to 1 point 2 million dollars.
In Nantucket County, the number of sales and median prices were both down.
The median price came in at two point eight million dollars.
