Plymouth is under a Heat Advisory through Wednesday night and Wareham is under the same advisory through tonight.
Forecasters say heat index values in Plymouth could hit 103 and it'll feel like 99 in Wareham.
Hyannis may be the only part of the state that does not see a heat index of more that 100 degrees today.
Health officials are telling residents to drink plenty of fluids, stay out of the sun and in the A-C and don't forget to check on neighbors and pets.
Cooling centers are open in those areas and in Bourne as well.
