The Town of Brewster says Spring Rock Village is receiving six-point-seven-million-dollars in state funding to support affordable housing.
The funding will help to create 45 affordable rental homes on Millstone Road.
The housing community will have 15 one-bedrooms, 25 two-bedrooms, and five three-bedroom units spread across four residential buildings and one community building.
Construction is expected to begin by early next year, with completion and lease-up targeted for the summer of 2026.
