- A teen is dead and five others are hurt after an early morning crash on Cape Cod.
Police in Mashpee say it happened around 2:00 a.m. when seven teenagers packed into an SUV slammed into a tree after the driver lost control of the vehicle.
One of the injured teens is hospitalized in critical condition.
The victim, a 17-year-old boy, has yet to be identified.
The crash remains under investigation.
