Wellfleet voters have just barely approved a debt exclusion.
The special election this week saw 660 votes cast on the Proposition 2-1/2 override in order to purchase the Gestalt Center.
Officials pointed to the one-point-seven-million-dollar cost, which will provide office and storage space for the town.
The reduction in debt of nearly two million dollars by Fiscal Year 2029 would also be realized.
The measure was approved by just 11 votes, with one ballot left blank.
