A Falmouth judge has dismissed the charges against a National Guardsman who pursued a tour bus carrying senior citizens in 2022.
Christopher Hoffman was off duty when he began to follow the bus, believing it was transporting migrants that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was sending to Cape Cod.
The bus had a Tallahassee, Florida sign on its side and the incident happened shortly after a group of South American migrants were unexpectedly sent to Martha's Vinyard from Florida.
