The Coast Guard, state and local police rescued four boaters after their vessel capsized off the Cape Cod coast over the weekend.
One victim is critically injured and the other three are listed in serious condition at Cape Cod Hospital.
Emergency personnel responded to a report of a boat taking on water near Point Gammon around 11:30 Saturday night and the boaters were rescued and taken to shore.
Cape & Islands District Attorney Robert Galibois is thanking first responders for their rapid response and heroic efforts in making the rescue.
The incident remains under investigation.
