The Warren Report out with a new housing report that shows overall sales down by about seven percent, but median prices increasing by more than seven percent to 750 thousand dollars.
Barnstable saw prices increase to 890 thousand dollars.
Bourne 575 thousand dollars.
Falmouth prices increasing to 763 thousand dollars and Sandwich 650 thousand dollars.
Statewide the report shows home sales down by about 7 percent, while prices across the state increased by about 7 percent as well.
