Federal funding will help homeless veterans in Massachusetts secure permanent housing.
The award of one-point-one-million-dollars comes from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Veterans Administration.
The money will assist 65 vets with a place to live.
Nationally, 14-million-dollars has been allocated to help 14-hundred homeless veterans.
