The Massachusetts Medical Society is strongly urging parents to get their children vaccinated against measles.
There's been an outbreak of the highly contagious illness in six states and in Europe.
The society said there's been a drop in vaccination rates since the pandemic.
Experts noted that the measles vaccine also protects against mumps and rubella.
