The Cape Cod Commission has put forward a draft regional housing strategy.
The document is an effort to deal with a lack of affordable housing in the region.
Commission members say the plan draws on ideas that will result in a sustainable and year-round community.
Among the resources will include mixed-use development, housing for seasonal workers, and assistance for policymakers.
