The Martha's Vineyard Boys & Girls Club has received a million-dollar donation to its capital campaign.
Officials announced that the MV Youth funding will be provided once the club has raised the remaining 1-point-5 million dollars it requires for its new headquarters.
The current clubhouse has been home to the Boys & Girls Club for 46 years.
Estimated at 16-point-7 million dollars, the new HQ will include additional land, more space, and accommodate more children.
The aim is to have all the funds in place by next summer.
