Secretary of State Bill Galvin has declined comment on an effort to keep former President Trump off the ballot in Massachusetts.
The Colorado Supreme Court has ruled Trump's name can be kept off the ballot there for his role in the January 6th attack at the U.S. Capitol.
An NPR station in Boston reported Galvin describes it as an evolving situation and that he expects more litigation in the Commonwealth.
The state primary is March 5th, and the secretary of state said the ballot has not yet been finalized.
