A former Centerville man has pleaded not guilty in the death of his six-week-old son.
Randy Patterson-Gerber, now of Dedham entered the plea at his arraignment Monday and was ordered held without prejudice.
He was charged in connection with the September 2021 death of Cobain Martin Patterson, who was found unresponsive at a home in Centerville. Hospital staff later determined Cobain had suffered blunt force trauma injuries.
Patterson-Garber, who is 25, is next due in court on January 3rd
