A special town meeting in Truro set for Thursday has been rescheduled again, this time to November 16th.
The meeting warrant requires articles on the building of a new Department of Public Works facility and a property development.
The holdup is over dozens of voter registration challenges which must be resolved by hearings with registrars.
These came about after an email from the town's part-time resident taxpayer's group provided instructions for changing voter registration to Truro on a temporary basis.
That move has been refuted by the Town Clerk's Office.
As a result, 67 challenges were filed against voters, with nine deemed no longer registered to vote in Truro.
