The Cape Cod Times reports the Bourne Finance Committee and Select Board this week narrowly recommended a petition article for the November 6th town meeting which would repeal the ban on recreational marijuana sales.
Pot shops have been voted down three times in Bourne since Massachusetts legalized recreational cannabis in 2016.
A town meeting attended by about five-hundred people back in May defeated the effort to lift the ban by a single vote.
