Truro Democratic Senator Julian Cyr is thinking about asking the C-and-I DA's Office to look into a possible conspiracy to violate election laws in his hometown.
The consideration comes after a Truro part-time resident non-profit group's summertime push to get folks who own property locally and elsewhere to change their voter registration status to Truro.
Some officials, like Cyr, think that may have been illegal, but others don't.
Regardless, Truro saw a spike of nearly 90 newly registered voters between June and September.
