A Cape Cod woman is suing a New Hampshire ski resort.
The federal suit from Zoia Tsoleridis of Barnstable alleges she suffered "catastrophic injuries" in a tubing crash at Loon Mountain Resort in Lincoln.
The suit contends that Tsoleridis was improperly given a tube for children because there were no adult-sized versions available.
She did not realize that the child tube lacked a brake system, and was injured in the ensuing crash on the hill meant for adults back on February 11th.
