A not guilty plea for a 19 year old Dartmouth College freshman who is accused of causing the boating crash that claimed the life of a 17 year old girl from Sherborn.
David K Sullivan entered the plea yesterday in court. The appearance about two months after the fatal crash that claimed the life of Sadie Mauro.
Two others sustained injuries in the crash,
In Barnstable District Court he entered the plea and posted a five-thousand-dollar bail according to the District Attorney's Office.
He also had to surrender his passport.
