A Medfield man is being indicted for a fatal boat crash on Cape Cod.
David Sullivan has been charged with reckless or negligent boating causing death, operating a boat under the influence and other offenses.
Prosecutors say the 19-year-old Sullivan was driving a boat that crashed in Sesuit Harbor in Dennis on July 21st, which killed 17-year-old Sadie Mauro of Sherborn.
Sullivan will be arraigned October 10th in Barnstable Superior Court.
