Bail Revoked For Hingham Apple Store Crash Suspect

The defendant in the deadly Hingham Apple Store crash is having his bail revoked.

The Plymouth District Attorney's Office says police in Hingham made multiple attempts last weekend to contact Bradley Rein.

The D.A. says Rein allegedly let the battery run out for his GPS monitoring device.

The bail order is in effect for 60 days.

Prosecutors say Rein smashed an SUV into the Derby Street Shops store last November, which he claimed was accidental.

Kevin Bradley of Wayne, New Jersey, a construction contractor at the business, was killed in the crash and nearly two-dozen others were injured.
