A man is being accused of intentionally placing large rocks on Route 27 in Kingston.
Police say Cameron Currier has done this numerous times since February.
Police say it was good old fashion police work that led to an arrest. An officer spent Monday night hiding in the woods, in the rain waiting and that's when the arrest was made.
The action has caused damage to nearly a dozen cars.
Currier is charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
He is being held in lieu of 15 hundred dollars bail.
