A new business is moving into the former Christmas Tree Shop in Bourne.
The iconic store with its windmill and thatched roof, which is visible to drivers on Route 6 near the Sagamore Bridge, closed in May.
The space will be temporarily occupied by Spirit Halloween, which sells costumes and decorations.
