A 53-year-old Falmouth man is among six men charged for their alleged involvement in a drug trafficking ring that was based in Houston, Texas.
According to the charging documents 55-year-old Scott Lambert was charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance for his role in the operation which got the oxycodone pills in Houston and distributed them throughout southeastern Massachusetts and beyond.
If convicted Lambert faces up to 20 years in prison and a million dollar fine.
