The Cape Cod Chronicle reports the Brewster Select Board has approved a host community agreement for a planned nine-thousand-square-foot marijuana cultivation center.
Cape Cod Grow lab on Alexandra Avenue is hoping to open this fall.
A final license is still needed from the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
