The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking feedback on its plans for Lighthouse Pond in Edgartown.
A proposal calls for the dredging of more than 26-hundred cubic yards of beach-compatible sand from two heavily shoaled areas near North Water Street.
It also calls for the installation of 77-hundred square-feet of salt marsh plantings and improving tidal flushing within the upper pond.
Visit the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers website for additional info about the plans and instructions on how to share your opinions.
