The Sixers evened the series after a 116-115 overtime victory over Boston in Game Four at Wells Fargo Center.
James Harden hit a go-ahead three pointer with just under 20 seconds remaining in the extra period to lift Philadelphia to the win.
Harden also led all scorers with 42 points to go along with eight rebounds and nine assists.
Joel Embiid recorded a double-double after scoring 34 points and grabbing 13 boards.
Jayson Tatum led the C's in scoring with 24 points and collected a game-high 18 rebounds in defeat.
The series will shift back to Boston for Game Five Tuesday night at TD Garden.
