Barnstable Police Warn Public Of Senior Assassin Game

Barnstable Police are warning the public of a new “senior assassin” game played by high school seniors at the end of the school year.

Students hunt each other with squirt guns in attempt to eliminate another student.

Sgt. Gene DesRuiseaux says police understand it’s an innocent game, but are still trying to keep it away from being played in places like student’s cars or at businesses, and especially away from schools.

The department says it’s received some complaints about “suspicious persons” lately who have been found to be playing the game.
