A child suffered traumatic injuries this week when she was hit by a car in Bourne.
The eleven-year-old girl was reportedly riding a bike at an intersection on Route 6 in Buzzards Bay when she was hit by a car and sustained a leg injury.
The Bourne Police Department says there was no evidence of impairment from the motorist.
The girl was taken by ambulance to Hasbro Children's Hospital in Rhode Island for treatment.
