A course on emergency preparedness is being offered up by first responders on Martha’s Vineyard.
Island residents can take part in the free course, which teaches the basics of emergency and disaster preparation, sheltering, volunteer support and more.
That’s the promotional video for the course, called “An Introduction to Emergency Management Volunteerism”.
It’s hosted by Dukes County Emergency Management. Classes begin this week.
