Dennis voters approved spending for a new fire station on Tuesday.
The outcome of a special election was the confirmation of a "yes" vote from a previous town meeting.
The estimated cost of the new fire station on Paddocks Path is about $15-million.
Officials say the station being replaced on Old Bass River road is not adequate for fire operations.
