The Town of Orleans is moving forward with host community agreements with two retail marijuana companies despite a lingering lawsuit.
The Cape Cod Chronicle reports the Select Board voted last week to authorize the agreements with Seaside Joint Ventures on Lots Hollow Road and Ember Gardens Cape Cod on Route 6A.
One of the other applicants for the two available licenses, B-Well Holdings, sued over what they claimed was an unfair selection process by the board.
