The Martha’s Vineyard Commission is approving a massive redevelopment project at the Tisbury Marine Terminal.
Vineyard Wind plans on using the terminal as a staging area for its large-scale offshore wind project.
Vineyard Wind has also secured a staging area in New Bedford.
The company last month proposed a partnership to redevelop Salem Harbor on the north shore for the same purpose.
