A stabbing victim on the upper-Cape was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries on Monday, according to the Bourne Police Department.
Officers responded to the Clover Paving Company on MacArthur Boulevard at around 6 p.m.
The victim was a 32-year-old Falmouth man. The suspect who was taken into custody is a co-worker at the business.
Police say the two were involved in an altercation prior to the stabbing.
