The dry chemical system has activated over the gas pumps at a Cumberland Farms store in Eastham.
Officials say food burned in a microwave activated the fire alarm system at the store on Route 6 last night.
However, it's unclear why that caused the fire suppression system at the gas pumps to activate. No injuries are reported from the incident.
