The former Fiddler’s Cove Marina employee accused of embezzling over $750,000 from the company, Amy Griffin of Marstons Mills, is now scheduled for a restitution hearing in Falmouth District Court.
Griffin pleaded guilty to two counts of larceny and was sentenced to 6 month in the Barnstable Correctional Facility; the restitution amount will be ordered at a hearing next month.
