We’re learning more about a federal lawsuit that was filed in Boston Wednesday to stop the Vineyard Wind project.
Nantucket Residents against Turbines filed the suit against multiple federal agencies in an effort to stop the project.
Co-organizer Valory Oliver says the group has been trying to get answers from the agencies for the last two and a half years.
Some of the agencies listed in the lawsuit include the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and National Marine Fisheries service.
