The Cape and Islands suffered no widespread damage as a result of tropical storm Henri, which bore down on the area yesterday.
Besides some high surf on south facing beaches and high winds, there was no lasting impact from the storm.
Eversource reported no widespread outages and the Cape and Islands electrical grid is operating normally.
After cancelling boats all day yesterday between the Cape and Islands, the Steamship Authority and other ferry services are trying to accommodate a backlog of customers.
