There is still no verdict in the Thomas Latanowich police murder trial.
Jurors deliberated for a third day yesterday and told judge Jeffrey Locke they were deadlocked on one of the seven charges – mistreatment of a police dog.
It was indicated to the jury that the impasse would not affect the other charges against Latanowich, which they indicated they have made unanimous decisions on.
Deliberations stretch into a fourth day today.
