Real estate sales numbers are in for June on Cape Cod and once again sales volume and value are strong, according to Barnstable County Register of Deeds Jack Mead.
Individual property volume was up 22% over June of 2020 and the median value was also up 22% over last June’s figure.
The median value of sales prices for property in Barnstable was $515,000 in June but that is a slight cool down, about a half a percentage point, from the month of May when it was $519,000.
