Members of the Sandwich Historic District Committee will be taking up a possible replacement of the Sandwich boardwalk at a meeting tonight.
On the agenda are a proposed demolition and rebuilding of the boardwalk.
If approved, the new walk would have to be higher and wider to comply with requirements put in place since its original construction at a projected cost of $2.5-million.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 tonight at the Human Services building in Sandwich.
