A U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod helicopter crew conducted a successful medevac operation for a fisherman on Tuesday.
The vessel was 80 miles east of Chatham when the call came in around 11 a.m.
The fisherman was transported to Cape Cod Hospital.
