A serious hit-and-run crash is being investigated on the lower Cape.
The Harwich Police Department says a 15-year-old boy walking on the sidewalk was hit by a pickup truck in the area of Lower County Road and Brooks Road at around 1 a.m. Monday.
The teen, who went to a Boston-area hospital, is expected to survive.
The pickup is described as dark-colored, possibly an F-150 which was going east towards Harwich Port.
Police are asking people in the area to check their camera footage.
