A nasty boating incident happened in Dennis over the weekend.
Dennis Fire Chief Robert Brown says crews responded to the accident at 28 Riverside Way just after 6:00 p.m. Sunday.
He says a 49-year-old man had fallen overboard from a raft and was struck multiple times by the propeller of a boat.
A friend helped him to shore and called 911.
A med flight helicopter was called, but due to a delay, the victim was transported to Cape Cod Hospital with non-life threating injuries.
Police are investigating.
