There's still no agreement on extending some pandemic-related policies in Massachusetts which expired overnight.
The House and Senate have given preliminary approval to keeping policies including virtual public meetings, outdoor dining and eviction protection, but differences need to be ironed out.
However, an NPR station in Boston reports lawmakers have adjourned for the day without taking action.
