A three-car crash sent three people to the hospital early Friday morning.
At around 6, the West Barnstable Fire Department, assisted by crews from the Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills fire department and the Massachusetts State Police, responded to the crash.
The accident happened on Route 6 eastbound between exits 65 and 68 (old exits 5 and 6).
